Frequently asked Questions:

Q: Who are you?
A: We can answer no more than that which is presented here.
Q: Are you Masons?
A: We are not masons or under any Masonic lodge or patronage.
Q: Are you a 1% club?
A: No, firstly we are an Order, we respect that world it's Members and their Colours, have friends, are accepted and recognised but are not a part of it altho we share some common interests.
Q: Why don't you wear red and white mantles?
A: This is a great way to spot Templar pretenders. The red and white came some 10 years after the Order began when granted by the Papacy (Church of Rome), as that relationship ended violently in 1307 so did our obligation to wear it. As emancipated Brothers we wear the original piebald colours of our order. Only fakers or the ignorant would wear red and white in the name of the Templars. Think about it... (Not to be confused with Any Club or their Colours)
Q: Why did you change the wording on the sigil?
A: This was for several reasons not only the evolution of the Order and it's calling but also taking our Brother Christ at his word when he taught 'worship thy Father in Heaven' and just as our motto... not unto us but all glory to Him...
Q: Who's not allowed entry?
A: Hard drug users (Heroin, crack cocaine etc) and atheists. (Bigots and bully's will not be tolerated either but these may be grown out of with understanding guidance and development?)
Q: Are addicts written off?
A: No, altho they may never become full Brothers they are welcome (if clean) to participate in Lay events and we endeavour to promote such cures for chronic addiction thru information and help with things such as Ibogaine etc.
Q: Why not atheists?
A: What is a man who believes in nothing? Athiest have never been accepted as Templars. We keep this term to deter those that use it to hide against the truth. If the wonder is seen and not called G-d but physics, mathematics, nature, life force or a thousand other things then you are welcome. We want members to be not only aware of but also involved in the wonder we are part of... however you name it... This does not mean being involved in a church but more the one who see's.. whether scientist, musician, artist or poet as much as warrior mystic.
Q: Are you a religious organisation?
A: No, belief, faith or understanding are required but the discussion of religion is forbidden in the Chapters and no Brother may try to convert his Brother but respect his choice and expression of it. like the freedom of speech quote " I may not agree with what you're saying but I'll defend to the death your right to say it". So some say Father, others Daddy or Pappa, who's to say which is best?
Q: What's an appropriate Motorcycle?
A: Primarily Cruisers, Chops or even ratters but anything 500cc's or over.
Q: What are the suitable Martial Arts?
A: Arts with practical application, dynamic and evolving such as Wing Chun, Bruce Lee's JKD, Aikido, Ninjutsu, Muay Thai, Chun Kuhn Do and Gung foo etc.
